Solid waste management and cash-for-work to protect the environment
Solid Waste Management and Cash-for-Work Environment Protection Project in Saada District:
Activities implemented within the project:

250 displaced and affected young men and women benefited from cash for work to remove the waste from the streets and neighborhoods of Sa’ada city for 45 days.

(8,000) families received a healthy environment free from diseases.

25 young men and women have received a training course in the field of project management for two weeks.

10 young people received a grant to implement two projects in the field of environmental protection.

(10) vehicles and tippers have been maintained and repaired, belonging to the Office of Improvement and Cleaning and entered the service in the transport and removal of waste.
